Free Kids Dental (Child Dental Benefits Schedule)

At South Tweed Dental, we provide Medicare Bulk Billing for all dental services that are covered under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). Established in January 2014 to provide dental treatment to eligible children aged between 2 and 17 years (inclusive), this means that you will have NO out-of-pocket costs or gap payments for your child’s dental procedures.

Eligibility Requirements:

Families receiving Family Tax Benefit Part A or other Government payments are eligible (e.g. Youth Allowance, Disability Support Pension and Parenting Payment). Services Provided:

The scheme provides up to $1000 worth of general dental treatme nt over two consecutive calendar years. It covers a range of general dental services including (but not limited to) check-ups, cleans, fillings, fissure sealing and emergency treatments.
